Having you as one of the tuition providers is really useful especially for those who are outside of the UK. I am from Malaysia, and I find the online courses very helpful, and I can go over the recordings more than once to refresh my memory and to get things clarified when I am confused. We do have tuition providers here in Malaysia, but I still prefer you, as this option also saves me travelling time, and I am working full-time, so I can go over the recordings in the evenings and during the weekends, which suit me best.

What tutor support will I receive?
If you have any questions, you will be able to contact our tutor team directly within our learning platform and also by email. We would normally recommend that you send a message via our learning platform as this avoids any possibility of Junk Mail issues (including with our reply). Unfortunately, Junk Mail problems are becoming more prevalent in online communications generally, so this is why we prefer to use messaging within our platform: zero chance of non-receipt!
Is my access unlimited?
Yes, you can use our videos and other course content as much as you wish within your access period of 12 weeks.
How much work will I need to do in my own time outside of your course?
This is a very difficult question to answer as it will depend on a variety of factors such as whether you are re-taking the examination or are a first-time student, how many questions you have already practised, and so on.
It is extremely important that you allocate enough time to attempt full ICAEW questions under timed conditions so that you can put the general technique lessons of our course into practice.
