How does the Pass Guarantee work?

What tutor support will I receive?
If you have any questions, you will be able to contact our tutor team directly within our learning platform and also by email. We would normally recommend that you send a message via our learning platform as this avoids any possibility of Junk Mail issues (including with our reply). Unfortunately, Junk Mail problems are becoming more prevalent in online communications generally, so this is why we prefer to use messaging within our platform: zero chance of non-receipt!
Is my access unlimited?
Yes, you can use our videos and other course content as much as you wish within your access period of 15 weeks.
How much work will I need to do in my own time outside of your course?
This is a very difficult question to answer as it will depend on a variety of factors such as whether you are re-taking the examination or are a first-time student, how confident you feel with each element of the FM syllabus and how effectively you use your revision time.
We think that it is extremely important that you allocate enough time to take at least 4 past papers under timed conditions so that you can put the general technique lessons of our course into practice.

Does the course include any marked Mocks?
As it takes around 2 hours to properly review and comment on a student's Mock attempt, we unfortunately cannot include any marked Mocks in our standard course fee.
However, we do separately offer our Technique Improvement Service (TIS) which is an ideal option if you wish to receive detailed feedback on your Mocks. Further information on TIS can be found here.
